1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Domx Software (مؤسسة دومكس للبرمجيات), a Saudi software company headquartered in Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia, and to our product عائد (Aeed), an ad-intelligence SaaS available at aeed.domx.agency.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number, and billing information.
• Ad account data — campaign metadata, ad performance metrics, budgets, and conversion counts, read from connected ad platforms through their official APIs with your authorization.
• Usage data — pages visited inside the product, features used, IP address, device and browser type, for debugging and product improvement.
• Error logs — technical error records used to diagnose issues and improve reliability.

3. How we use your data

We use your data strictly for the following purposes, and we never sell it to third parties:

• Generating the reports and analytics you request inside Aeed.
• Sending the automated alerts you configure (email, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Generating Arabic AI summaries based solely on your own campaigns.
• Improving the service, fixing bugs, and providing customer support.
• Communicating with you about your account, invoices, and service changes.

4. Third-party ad platforms

We connect to the following platforms through their official APIs: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and YouTube. Data read from these platforms is used exclusively to produce your own reports and alerts. It is never shared with another Aeed user or any external party. You can revoke access at any time from the connected platform's settings or from your Aeed account.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure (in Saudi Arabia and/or certified international data centers). We apply:

• SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
• Disk-level encryption for data at rest.
• Role-restricted staff access on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Regular, tested backups.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel or delete your account, personal account data is deleted within 30 days. Backup copies are purged in the next backup rotation. Some records (such as invoices) may be retained for the period required by Saudi law.

7. Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and data at any time.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only — to remember that you are signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our marketing site or inside Aeed.

9. Age restriction

Aeed is a business product and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

1. Acceptance

By using عائد (Aeed), operated by Domx Software (مؤسسة دومكس للبرمجيات) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Aeed is

Aeed is a SaaS platform for monitoring and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and YouTube from a single dashboard. We reserve the right to evolve the product over time, with reasonable notice for material changes that affect active subscribers.

3. Your responsibilities

• You own the ad accounts you connect to Aeed, or you are formally authorized to manage them.
• The information you provide (name, email, billing) is accurate and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and team access credentials private.
• You will not share your account with anyone outside your authorized team.

4. Prohibited use

• Scraping or extracting data through unauthorized automated methods.
• Reselling access to platform APIs through our service.
• Using Aeed for any activity that violates Saudi law.
• Attempting to breach, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Running misleading ads or content that violates advertising platform policies.

5. Third-party platform compliance

By connecting an ad account to Aeed, you also agree to the terms of the underlying platform — including Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Business Terms, Snapchat Advertising Terms, Google Ads Terms, and X / Twitter Ads Terms. Suspensions or enforcement actions by those platforms are outside our control.

6. Billing and refunds

• Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Invoices are issued in Saudi Riyals (SAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• A full refund is available on any new paid subscription within the first 14 days.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Limitation of liability

Aeed is a decision-support tool. Final responsibility for budget, targeting, and creative decisions rests with the advertiser. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, and we are not liable for temporary outages of third-party platforms, delays in their APIs, or losses resulting from decisions made using our reports. Our total financial liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the incident.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or endanger the integrity of the service or other users' data.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent Saudi courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

You can request deletion of your personal data and your connected ad-account data at any time.

Option 1 — From your account

Sign in to aeed.domx.agency, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete my account. This removes your profile and all data tied to it.

Option 2 — By email

Send a deletion request to admin@domx.agency from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies are purged in the next backup rotation.

What we delete

• Your profile, login credentials, and organization data.
• All connected ad-account tokens and synced campaign metrics.
• Saved reports, alert rules, and notification channel settings.

What we may keep

Invoices and transaction records retained only as required by Saudi tax and commercial law, and never used for any other purpose.
